2. Subject of Data Protection

The subject of data protection is personal data. Under Section 3(1) of the BDSG such data include individual information on personal or factual circumstances of a certain or determinable private individual. This includes details such as name, e-mail address or telephone number, or usage data, if applicable. Usage data are such data that are required or created in order to use our app, such as details on the start, end and scope of usage.

3. Collection and Use of Data

Our app is a non-obligatory log network. TAZAREX s.r.o. does not collect personal information of users, including but not limited to names, addresses, and telephone numbers, unless you provide such data depending on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use.

Except for limited exceptions, we don't automatically collect any personal information from you. When you open the app, a unique identifier is assigned to you for the service. This unique identifier is bound to your device identification code but does not tie to any other personal information.

With some forms of payment, certain versions of our services may redirect you to a third-party payment processor to complete the transaction. To understand what personal information the processor collects and stores, please refer to the respective processor's terms and privacy policy. We do not know any means or source of user's detailed payment information (including credit card or bank account numbers).

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us. We may also receive a confirmation when you open an email from us.

We use your email address (if provided) for the following reasons:

• To communicate with you about your services or respond to your communications
• To send you updates and announcements
• To send marketing information, such as offers, surveys, invitations, and content about other matters in connection with TAZAREX s.r.o. You may choose to not receive marketing emails by following the opt-out procedure described in those emails

We use your personal information only for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, and we don't sell your personal information to third parties without your prior consent.

3.1. Data Collection Methodology

Visual data uploaded by the user to the application is processed by our model. Based on this data, the system generates a score and recommendations tailored to the identified visual features.

3.2. Data Retention Policy

Your image is temporarily uploaded to our server for processing. Using a neural network, we generate the output based on the uploaded image. The original image is automatically deleted from our server within 60 seconds after processing, and the generated result is deleted after 600 seconds. We do not retain any personal data beyond this timeframe.

3.3. Data Disclosure and Sharing

We do not share, sell, or disclose your face data to third parties.

4. App Permissions

Our apps may use the following permissions:

• Microphone access — required to enable voice-related features such as voice translation
• Push notifications — optional, allows the app to send reminders and updates
• Mobile data — optional permission to use mobile data network for uploading files to cloud storage

Your translations are your creation — transcripts are stored locally on your device.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices of any third parties, including other sites, services, or applications that may be owned or operated by third parties. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of any third parties you interact with. In the event that we enter into relationships with additional third parties, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.

5. Data Provided by the User

Subject to applicable laws, any browsing information, traffic destination, data content, IP addresses, DNS queries or other similar information relating to your online activities transmitted to our servers is encrypted and cleared after the app session is closed.

We don't collect any information regarding the websites you visit or any data stored on or transmitted from your device. More specifically, TAZAREX s.r.o. does not have any of the following information:

• We do not know which user ever accessed a particular website or service
• We do not know which user was connected to the app at a specific time
• We do not know the set of original IP addresses of a user's computer or temporarily assigned network addresses

For the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations and providing excellent service, we collect the following minimal information related to app usage:

• Apps and versions — which apps and versions you have activated, enabling our support team to identify and eliminate technical issues
• Connection info — whether a connection was successful on a particular day, to which location, and from which country/ISP (but not your source IP address). This allows us to provide efficient technical support and identify network issues

6. Disclosure of Data

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties without having informed you in advance and obtained your consent, except in the following cases:

• When it serves to determine illegal use of our services or criminal prosecution, personal data may be disclosed to law-enforcement authorities
• When we are legally obligated to disclose information to certain public offices on their request
• When we require external agencies and service providers for the provision of services. These external service providers are carefully selected and regularly assessed to ensure your privacy is protected
• Within the framework of business development, customer data may be disclosed along with the part of the company that is to be transferred, in accordance with this privacy policy and relevant data protection laws

7. Deletion of Your Data

When your data is no longer required for the purposes described above, it is deleted. In the event that data needs to be stored for legal reasons, it is blocked instead and will no longer be available for further use.
